Lindy Harbour
For the dancers out there (and those who wish they were) the Lindy Hop scene in Basel is unbelievable. Rooted in the Jazz of the 20s, 30s and 40s (check out this link!), this dance form is joy personified. Make sure to get in on the action with Lindy Harbour, who offer a number of lessons for all levels with some that even include childcare. They also host a number of events which you should go to even if you don't want to dance. If you do, you will happily be transported back in time with a gin cocktail in your hand, tapping your toes to the live jazz, while watching the amazing spectacle of the couples dancing around you.
